panang
Panang: This is a sweet and creamy Thai curry usually made with beef but can also be made with shrimps, pork or chicken. This recipe is for 2 people.

What you need: 1 Table-spoon fish sauce, 1 Tea-spoon salt, 2 Tea-spoons sugar, 2 cups coconut milk, 3 kaffir leaves, 200 gram pork or beef, 1 Table-spoon Panang Curry Paste.

What to do: First cut the pork or beef in small pieces and set it aside. Then cut the kaffir leaves in small thin pieces and set it aside also. In a pan add 2 cups of coconut milk and the table-spoon of panang paste. Mix the coconut milk and panang paste on a low fire till the paste is completely dissolved in the coconut milk. Then add the fish sauce, salt and sugar and mix it again on a low fire. Add the meat to the mix and cook till the meat is done. Place the panang in a bowl and sprinkle it with the kaffir leaves for the finishing touch.
